DISD investigative unit's "typical investigations" are downright scary.

I was checking out the 2009 annual report by DISD's Office of Professional Responsibility and came across a section titled "FISCAL YEAR 2009 TYPICAL INVESTIGATIONS." There's nothing typical about them — Employees impregnating students and marrying them; a principal sexually harrassing employees; administrators falsifying documents; students being paddled, etc.
