Custody of mom's 12 children could be granted to her brother
A family court judge who jailed a mother of 12 dependent children and placed the kids in foster care in April could decide today to grant custody of the children to an uncle.
The children have been staying at a temporary shelter for foster children and the mom, Angel Adams, 37, has been living with her mother in East Tampa.
