The Alberta govt is the worst in the world, that is on record. Sadly and sickeningly...THEY ONLY JUST MADE IT LAW THAT FOSTERS MUST REPORT ALL ABUSE, ASSAULT AND DEATHS OF CHILDREN IN THE SYSTEM NOW. On August 25, 2011, the alberta govt finally passed a law stating that ALL of the abuse, sexual assault and deaths of kids in care MUST NOW be reported. How bad is a system, that even while hiding the amount of damage they do, still comes out globally as the worst offenders of children in the world???
They're one of the world's worst parents, just like most every other agency.
