Supreme Court ruling is blow for strapped counties
Note: Well, perhaps if they weren't stealing so many children, it wouldn't be such a burden.
The Minnesota Supreme Court on Friday ruled that counties must pay for attorneys for poor parents in child protection cases.
Note: I know this sounds like a good thing, but don't get your hopes up too much, most of the System Suck Lawyers aren't worth a piss hole in the snow anyway.
