Philadelphia will consolidate its two outdated family court facilities into a single, modern building slated to break ground this summer.
Gov. Ed Rendell announced Friday that the state would provide $200 million to construct the 14-story building near City Hall.
Note: All I ask is for somebody to drop one million dollars into my PayPal Account so that I can quit my job and work on Legally Kidnapped all the time.
What a waste of good taxpayer dollars.
