Minnesota girl tells senators of school problems foster kids face

Kayla VanDyke has lived in seven foster placements in and around the Twin Cities during the course of her 18 years on this Earth and, as a result, has now attended 10 different schools.

Am I the only one who saw the horror and injustice in this Girls report?
that she was even in the foster care system at all is a tragic ironic and stupid use of government funds!

where was the help to get her homeless mother the step up she needed, or what happen to her mother?

she is well spoken because of her and possible her former parents doings not her foster care givers!
