Lawyer will pay millions for poor job
A Wenatchee attorney who acknowledged that he was not experienced enough to defend a man convicted in the 1994-95 Wenatchee sex-abuse investigation has agreed to pay $2.9 million to his former client, who spent nearly five years behind bars before the charges were dismissed.
