Lawyer says statements aren't valid
The lawyer for a Salem woman accused of failing to give her cancer-stricken, autistic son his cancer medications is now trying to prevent state social workers who questioned Kristen LaBrie from testifying about what she told them during an investigation.
Note: I agree.
You have the right to remain silent, should you choose to give up that right, anything you say can and will be twisted out of proportion to fit the purpose of the Child Protective Industry and used against you in a court of law.
