This go's on alot the one they had my grandaughter in florida if a boy and girl have sex in the pool the staff are not allowed to go in after them.they have to wait tell the youth come out of the pool.to handle them.so other words ever one knows what to exspeck.but in this case the juvie center knew what ws going on no one can kid yourself on that one.
