CPS Files In Fairfield Case Cloaked
The Solano County District Attorney may have to go to court to get Child Protective Services case files necessary to determine if criminal charges are warranted in an apartment fire that killed four children in Fairfield.
Note: And if even the DA's office can't get a hold of these files, no wonder CPS gets away with Child Welfare Fraud so easily.
