What should Clark County do with teenage prostitutes?

What should Clark County do with teenage prostitutes?

Miranda is 14 years old and angry as she stands in court. She’s spent a month in juvenile detention, even though she wasn’t charged with a crime. No, this time Miranda’s locked up because she agreed to testify against her pimp, and juvie is where she must wait for the trial to start — it’s the only place in Clark County for a young victim witness with a history of running away.

Note: And she's a foster child too. Imagine that.

These are third and fourth generation prostitutes. This is a chronic problem. We are the victims of the Clark County courts which order these girls into abusive environments without conducting due diligence. Not until the Clark County family division court system is abolished, will the teenage prostitution be resolved.
