Outdoor 'Cage' for Kids Isn't Abusive, Court Says
A couple who kept two foster children in an outdoor "cage" did not abuse or neglect them, an Illinois appeals court ruled.

this is wronge .if this was the real parents cps and law .would think it abuse they take your child and sell them.to make money for county .sence it foster family it all right to. beat abuse and kill children and make them live like animales.for money foster families get rewards,and the courts put more children in there care.the courts should lock the foster parents in cages in front of the court house .and the incompetent casewworker that believe foster care was the best for children.the judge that went along with cps and every one involved.start making these people pay for there wrong .do to them what they do to children.if you beat a child that in your care the real parent should be able to do this to them if you kill a child in your care the real parents should have the pleasure of having theres.eye for eye .
