Tahoe Victims of CPS has joined together with families on the West Slope of El Dorado County to form the El Dorado County Victims of CPS. All parties involved are either advocates for CPS reform, or families that have had their constitutional rights violated by CPS.

I have tried to contact you before..You saw me in court about 6-7 months ago..I had the folder with the cps article(funny) on the back, and you came over to me and we spoke..We have a lot going on..Myself, Ernie claudio, from tahoe, penny.. we have been to the board numerous times> I just submitted a 7 page document and a proposal for an accountability measure to be put in place..Anyway, God, I would love to buy you some coffee and penny and myself could just chat with you for a while. I kept on their ass, I fucking got my daughter back, got my social worker fired, and continued to expose them everytime we spoke to one another. They pretty much handed her over, after a long 13 months. Daniel Nielson (director of cps) and Mark Contois (program mngr) had egg on their face as they fumbled for words answering to the board. Yes, the time is now
You just have to know how and where to get them, and I did. Now, the public gets to find out.
We are also victoms of the Criminal Conspiracy called El Dorado County, El Dorado County Superior Court and CPS. We have a reunification hearing soon to get our daughter back after being kidnapped by cps over a year ago based on a false call made by a neighbor who is a psycho. hello, my daughter has been in a cps case since november 2009, i have been the caretaker of my grandson, cps allowed my daughter to live with me knowing that she had a drug problem, she passed the last few drug test they gave her and was just about to graduate from a drug and alchol class that she had been taking, she was graduating on wednesday and they took him that monday before she graduated, they had recently requested a hair follicle, when she refused the follicle, they kept treathening us to take my grandson and also to get a court order for the follicle, when i spoke with the case worker and informed her that my daughter would not do a follicle without a court order, she said that the baby would stay with me and they would get a court order for the follicle, i got in a argument with the cps supervisor which she has always been very unpleasant to speak to. I asked cps for help several times for my daughter to help remove her from the house if she was using because i could not have her here if she was using, the case worker said that she would see what she could do to help me, but I never heard about that conversation again, instead they used that against me and said that I was tired of caring for my daughter and grandson and I was not going to cooperate with them any longer, I only said that this was never going to end with them and if they could get court orders so my daughter would get the follicle done, I was trying to get help from them as they had told me in the past if I had any concerns to let them know and that they would help me, and instead they took my 20 month old grandson from school 4 days after my phone call with the supervisor and I had made her mad, the case worker 3 days before they removed my grandson had just told me that they would not be removing him from my care but they would be asking for a court order for the follicle, this was thursday evening and monday they went and took my grandson from school, I would like to know if I have any chance of taking action against cps for all the mental damage that they have put us through and also being dishonest on an affidavit that they used to take me grandson, he has asthma real bad and he needed his medicine that night they took him and when I tried to call them to tell them they never would call me back, I even had to call the judge's secretary to see if she could help me, when I saw the cps supervisor the next day after they took my grandson, the next day cps called us and wanted us to take the baby his things and of course we took clothes, toys, food everything that he would need and his medicine for sure, we saw the supervisor and case worker when we dropped off his stuff, I asked her if she got my message about his asthma and she just looked at me and said (yeah I heard with a smile) and walked away, she did'nt even care about his medical condition or they would of called us to find out if he had any medical conditions and they call this in the best interest of the child, you can not make a cps supervisor mad or she will take your child, does anyone know where and how and even if I can take action against cps, is there any probono attorneys that would be willing to help us stop this criminal act from CPS in Williamson County, Texas, my email is lguerra@embarqmail.com, will someone please lead us in the right direction we are so lost without our beautiful happy baby boy.
