More child protection workers is 'unrealistic'

URGENT calls for the immediate recruitment of more child protection social workers in Leeds is an "unrealistic ambition" because of a lack of qualified people, according to a council chief.

Note: I thought they only hired unqualified babystealers.

There is an ethics test they take: in order to get the job, you need to fail it. That's why they can't find enough. (LOL:JK, but really they act like it).
