Gov. Chris Christie Monday moved to fill two additional cabinet positions, naming Janet Rosenzweig of Yardley, Pa. as commissioner of the Department of Children and Family Services and Raymond Martinez of Middletown as the administrator of the Motor Vehicle Commission.
