Duke Associate Director Molested Adopted Son, Then Offers Him Up on the Internet!!!

Frank Lombard, Duke Universitys Associate Director of the Center for Health Policy. Frank Lombard has a 5 year old adopted son, who is black. Lombards solicited an undercover officer in a sting operation that yielded horrific alleged details concerning the child.

Lombard has been an employee of Duke since 1999 and now is on leave, unpaid, from the University. Duke representatives tell press they are cooperating in the investigation.

Lombard was reportedly arrested this weekend in a Washington federal court. Last Wednesday Federal agents served a search warrant on his home.

Lombards attorney has not commented on the matter.
