DA: Alleged Daly City teen sex crime victim recants allegations
A 33-year-old Daly City woman accused of having sex with a then-16-year-old girl was sentenced to five days in jail after the girl told authorities she lied about most of the allegations, attorneys said Wednesday.
Eliza Jimenez faced a lengthy prison sentence after being charged with multiple sex-related felonies, including anal or genital penetration by a foreign object, said chief deputy district attorney Steve Wagstaffe. But the charges were dropped after the girl told police she had lied when she told them she slept with Jimenez, who was her boss at a Daly City McDonald's restaurant.
