Alaska agency wants Medicaid budget change

The Department of Health and Social Services is asking the Legislature to approve a bookkeeping change to try to resolve budgeting problems with a Medicaid reimbursement program.

Note: I wonder how all of this touchy, feely, changy stuff is gonna work out for Sarah Palin's possible presidential bid.
