Torture kids will kill and should die behind bars, says victim's father
THE boy monsters who subjected two kids to a horrific 90-minute torture ordeal were caged without limit of time yesterday.

The brothers had been in Edlington for less than three weeks before the attack. They were moved there to a foster home - away from their brutal, drunken father and cannabis-addled mother.
Note: And these foster kids finally get their forever home.
