REVIEW: 'Systemic failures': public inquiry report

The Cornwall Public Inquiry has determined there were "systemic failures" in the institutional response to allegations of sexual abuse in the Cornwall area, however Comm. Normand Glaude stopped short of quashing the long-rumoured claims of a pedophile ring in his final report.

Systemic Failure continues right to today.....look at the Ontario College of Teachers. They are letting repeat sex offenders teach in the province of Ontario and the Premire and Minister of Education is well aware of this practice since 2004. What about the victims? Cornwall and the efforts of the Dunlop family to bring justice to victims should be a wake up call to all Canadians that care about children.

Seems like there is an update to the story of the Ontario College of Teachers who allow repeat sex offenders back in Ontario Classrooms.
