Mother of shooting victim endorses ‘Amanda’s Bill’ on national TV

The mother of Amanda Ross, the Lexington woman allegedly slain by former state Rep. Steve Nunn, appeared on Good Morning America on Monday to discuss a bill named in honor of her daughter.

This new DVO law will allow a family court judge put a gps tracking device on domestic violence offenders in family court. I was convicted of DVO for marching public with a sign by a Judge - later vacated. It goes without saying that most epo/dvo filings in Kentucky are done to "game the system" to get child custody. So a large portion of Kentucky will likely be forced to wear this GPS tracking devices. It also allows for Judge's to negotiate the wearing of the device- what this means is that if you want to see your kid- your going to have wear a gps device.

This is very dangerous law.
