A foster-adoptive parent speaks out on challenges
As a foster-adoptive parent with Cecil County Division of Social Services since 2005, a Foster Parent of the Year in 2006, having two adoptions, accepting over 19 placements and facing allegations in 2008, I am still active in the Foster Care Community.
