Concerns Vs. Evidence
TODAY AFTER COURT, we all felt as if we'd received a collective kick in the stomach. We went in believing that when we walked out of the courthouse, more than half a dozen children would be removed from an unhealthy environment and released into our care.
Note: Awww. The poor social worker didn't get her kids.
About time they experience that "kick in the stomach" that they subject innocent families too every day.
ReplyDeleteNever be afraid of court. You can win in same but you need to have your ducks in a row. A very good attorney once wrote that you need to speak one way but think and act in another way when fighting CPS. He is right.
ReplyDeleteGet your evidence together and use the LAW to fight. The law is actually on your side if you approach it correctly.
Remain calm, compile evidence, be patient.
CPS usually always backs down when you use the law to fight them. Emotions, even common sense do not work, not with that lot.
