If you are a parent, and are involved in child protective proceedings, you have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed to represent you.
If you are involved in child protective proceedings, exercise your right to counsel. Please do not assume that you can adequately represent yourself, or that the system is designed to protect your rights. If you were anything of a knowledgeable attorney in the area of child welfare, you find it to be much more profitable to go after fraud, particularly Medicaid fraud in child welfare.
ReplyDeleteAs child protection proceedings target, hence the funding name Targeted Case Management, impoverished populations (TCM eligibility criteria), logic would present itself that the parents going into these proceedings are, impoverished, meaning if they had money CPS would not be involved in the first place.
Why don't you take on these cases as whistleblower cases?
