ANYBODY WANT TO BUY A USED BRIDGE?
A Federal Inspector has just given the State of New Jersey high marks for “Improving” it’s foster care system. According to this Federal genius, she says that NJ has 14,297 children in it’s care, and in 2008, there were only 21 cases of abuse or neglect of those children while under the State’s care.
I’d be interested in this Inspectors views on Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and the Great Pumpkin.
