On Monday November 16, 2009, John Dunn, (left) former foster child and volunteer executive director of the Foster Care Council of Canada Ottawa CAS Building 2009 - Courtesy of Google Mapspressed charges against the Ottawa Children's Aid Society (right) and its executive director Barbara MacKinnon (below) after they contravened an offence-creating provision of the Corporations Act.
