Mother Upset, Child Mistakenly Taken into State Custody
A young girl was picked up from school by a woman she didn't know. Her mother had no idea where she was. It was all done with the school's OK.
A worker with Franklin County Children Services picked up a Duxberry Park Elementary kindergartner who was in foster care and took her to its headquarters on Mound Street on Nov. 17.

DCF kidnapping pure and simple: put agent in jail for kidnapping. She had no right to pick up that child nor any reason. Put her and her boss in jail. This is a first-degree felony as the child was injured by the act. They knew they took the wrong child when they did but they didn't care to ensure that child was the right child. Just like always they acted before they had the facts and now they want absolution. This isn't the first time they've done it. It's just the first time someone put it on video.
