November 21, 2007 CPS Nyela Bolden committed perjury and fraud upon the 17th Circuit Court Judge Nanaruth Carpenter. Attorney Joan Irons and plaintiff Kim Bruns submitted a false affidavit, and CPS report accusing Denise Bruns of Child Abuse, negelect and mental harm to her minor child. September 8,2008 Bolden testified her report was erred and false in nature. Denise Bruns who had sole, legal physical custody of her minor children had not abuse, neglected or mentally harmed her children as reported.
CPS Boldens report place the minor child in the custody of the father who admitted to criminal sexual misconduct, 2 substantiated child abuse, 2 child endangerment, 7 perpetrator of domestic violence, abandonment, illegal wire tapping and cohesion. Judge Carpenter refused to return the minor child to the custody of Denise Bruns, violated the parties civil rights. CPS has caused a unnecessary litigation and has assisted the legal kidnapping, and human trafficking for money.
