Disabled Mother Fights for Baby
The family of a disabled chico woman is vowing to take the custody fight for her baby all the way to the governor's office. The Baby was removed from the Perry's home nine months ago. This week, a Butte County judge awarded guardianship to the child's foster mother. Now, the Perry's are accusing "c-p-s" of discrimination.

The Perrys say the problem is made worse by the fact the foster parents fell in love with Jacob, and now want to adopt him.
