Crystal teacher charged with molesting foster children
The Hennepin County Attorney filed criminal sexual conduct charges against a Crystal teacher Tuesday.
Pen Dwaine Standifer, 49, faces three counts of criminal sexual conduct for allegedly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old foster child that he cared for in his home.
