Cops set to play Santa to children of jailed parents
Christmas can be bleak for children whose parents are in jail. That's why the Alexander County Sheriff's Office created Santa Cops — a program where uniformed officers spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day delivering toys to the children of detention inmates across Alexander County.
