Child Protective Services of Santa Cruz County had to call in the bomb squad on Wednesday after a homemade explosive device was brought into their offices.

How badly had CPS terrified this child to get him to this point? I thought for sure it was another bio parent falsely accused of some horrific crime against a child. This doesn't surprise me at all that this happened. What does surprise me is that it doesn't happen more often.
