4-Y/O Wanders Away From Foster Care - Again

A 4-year-old boy who has a penchant for wandering off from his home was picked up Thursday morning wandering the streets of a Miami-Dade neighborhood. Now the boy is back in the custody of the Department of Children and Families which is trying to figure out how to make him stay put.

The boy, Andrew Dancy Jr., was originally placed in the care of DCF after he wandered away from his parent's home twice. Thursday he wandered away from his foster caretaker's home near Miami Gardens Drive and NW 79th Avenue.
