Are DCF employees routinely drug tested?
Do they have to submit yearly arrest summaries?
Since Home Depot requires drug tests, wouldn't it be prudent for DCF to have minimum requirements for their minimal employees?
DCF is a largely unaudited, unaccountable cesspool where corruption flourishes because it has traditionally been CONFIDENTIAL where politicans can reward their friends.
