Attorneys may serve as judges in civil cases

Luzerne County judges plan to deputize dozens of local attorneys and appoint them as de facto judges handling a glut of civil cases that have languished as the court struggles with vacancies on the bench and a growing criminal caseload.

  1. This is certain proof that there are NO judges of the judiciary appointed per the constitution, state nor federal. They are ALL employees of the Executive branch of government.

Also, since there are NO judiciary judges, that is, since Attorneys are being appointed, that means the judicial proceeding are NOT judicial in nature but are IN FACT administrative. (again, an administrative hearing)
