Ah, ACS. I am in NYC. ACS is always suspect. The NYPD deplores ACS. Why? The NYPD is evidence based and professional; ACS is the exact opposite.
God help the families in NYC who fall prey to ACS.
Yes that is true they take our children and put them in the worst situations. I am a parent and ACS tookmy children and every child i had after that and i am not charged with anything and they do is make up lies on us parents. The foster agency is Little flowers.
