York PA Police arrest, beat and throw dad in jail naked for not paying $500 child support
The York Pennsylvania Police Department gave new meaning to the phrase deadbeat dad when they arrested a father, beat him severely and then threw him in prison for getting $500 behind in his child support payments. They also dragged him out of the house and to Lancaster County prison with only a top on. From the waist down he was completely naked.
