Texas receives $5 million in incentive money for increasing adoptions
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is furnishing nearly $5 million to Texas because it increased the number of children adopted from foster care.
Note: They must be pissed over having to give all those FLDS kids back from the Great Texas Child Grab. With numbers like that, they could have beaten Florida!
