Miller County Ark. DHS head Steve Mason allegedly lies under oath in Tony Alamo church deposition

Steve Mason, head of the Department of Human Services in Miller County Arkansas, appears to have lied under oath in a deposition taken on August 25 by attorney Phillip Kuhn. Kuhn represents Tony Alamo Ministries and two plaintiffs, Albert Krantz and Greg Seago, in a lawsuit against the Arkansas Department of Human Services. The state seized the children of Krantz and Seago in November of 2008 and is still holding them in spite of having presented no evidence that the children have been abused or neglected.
