Lawyers ask appeals court to make class action out of foster care lawsuit
Lawyers for children suing Clark County's foster care system asked a federal appeals court Wednesday to allow their lawsuit to go forward as a class action representing all of the county's foster children.

You know you've become immune to abuse when you read stuff like this and have the "I'm not surprised" type reaction. Thank God I'm not there...yet. I can't imagine anyone who would treat another human being in this manner, much less a handicapped person. They need to be shot and put out of our misery. I bet this center gets nothing but a slap on the wrist -- if even that -- for what they did. I hope the families of these victims sues the hell out of them. I wonder what her sentence will be. Probably not much!
In the state of Montana if a child dies in foster care nothing happens to the foster parents. However, the state will pay for their counseling for a period of up to one year. The laws are so loosely written. I'm so not liking what I'm learning!
