Foster mom killer gets bail
An Edmonton foster mother who was put behind bars after being convicted of manslaughter in the death of a three-year-old boy in her care is back on city streets.
Two months and two days after being handed a three-year prison term, the 35-year-old nurse was released on bail pending several appeals in the high-profile case.
Note: Oh sure, they'd just keep any real parent in jail.

No doubt about it. If this were a bio parent, they'd be under the jail. It's a shame what foster care providers are allowed to get away with these days. She should be in jail for the rest of her life. What idiot gave her the child in the first place. I'm sure it was some incompetent, no count, lazy ass social worker.
