Parents sue DCS, Evansville police over handling of 2007 child abuse case
At some point during a child abuse investigation, the Department of Child Services became aware that three young siblings had been abused by a preteen relative.
But at no point did DCS inform the victims' parents -- nor did the agency provide any assistance for the children.
