Incompetence,yet again, the whole Child Protection System in this area, is in utter meltdown.
The Government, should be looking into having a Public Inquiry into this needless disaster.
I will be writing to all County Councilors, in this area, to insist that they immediately investigate this disgrace, of Local Authority failings, under the clause of Corporate Parent,and will be discussing this tragedy, with John Hemming MP.
