I despise these idiots. Seriously, they are imbeciles. No, really. You have two layers of idiocy.
The first layer is the elected officials. They get elected and start looking for a job, preferably in DHS because you do not need any experience. They look for jobs because there are term limits.
Next, you have the idiot administrators. These morons listen to the child placing agencies (CPA) because they lobby as well as receive contracts from the state.
Michigan Federation of Children and Families (MFCF) also gets money from the state to accredit the CPA. Then, MFCF gets more money from the CPA for membership to get accredited. All this money, state and CPA, is then used to lobby to get more money.
So, if you want to start a guaranteed money making business, come to Michigan and start up a CPA. You will never be audited. You will never loose a contract. And if you are really good, you can get some corporate sponsors.
