Banita Jacks was found guilty on Wednesday of killing her four daughters. D.C. Superior Court Judge Frederick H. Weisberg convicted 34-year-old Banita Jacks on Wednesday. Weisberg decided the case himself after Jacks waived her right to a jury trial.
