its the one extreme or the other..

to clean= ocd
to dirty= health hazard
to much medical= munchausens
not enough medical= medical neglect
chores= slave labor
no chore= not supplying structure
telling your kid they are grounded= mental abuse
not correcting your child= neglectful parenting

the list goes on and on... they will never be happy and if one case worker becomes happy with a family they will rotate a new worker in with an opposing view.
