Family court lawyers to form their own bar association
For the first time in 20 years, a family court in Pune is all set to form its own bar association, a registered society of the 200-odd practising lawyers in Pune. The idea is to have a common representation of family lawyers in issues concerning lawyers, the family court, family laws and so on.
