This Women should of had this allegation recorded on a enhanced CRB disclosure, preventing her from working in a Social care setting.
I am totally bemused as to why this didn't show up on such a document, or did the LA bother to obtain a disclosure?
I will check to see if she is on the Social Care Register,and act accordingly.
