Parents should get written notification on why their children are being removed from their custody by San Diego County Child Welfare Services, the county grand jury recommended Friday.

Pre Court Template letters which should be given to Parents, prior to Care Proceedings, are not being given to many of my clients.
Under the Public Law Guidelines.Social Workers, are obliged to supply this letter.
The letter contains the Local Authority concerns about the Family,and also says, TAKE THIS LETTER TO A SOLICITOR.
As we already know, Social Workers are God,and are never made accountable, for not giving out such Documents.
