Child protection: cash ‘not the reason for failures’
The leader of Dundee City Council today said he agreed with the Scottish Government that a lack of central funding was not responsible for the failures in the city’s child protection services (writes David Clegg).
Note: That's right. It's not the cash it's the incompetence of the workers.

What a truly great Corporate Parent, the leader of Dundee City Council is?
He should be working under this clause, to expose the Professionals involved in these failings,and make them accountable for shoddy practice, until he does this, failures will continue tenfold.
Perhaps this Gentleman, should watch out, his job might be at risk.
